Additoinal Module
The Cloud Backup module works in conjunction with the Client module. When the alarm monitoring Client receives an alarm condition from a front end device the Client will send a command to the Cloud Backup module to download the video clip from the video server. The Cloud Backup module will then convert the video clip to a universal format and upload it to a cloud storage location - such as an FTP server. The alarm monitoring Client maintains a real-time connection to all front end devices to process incoming alarms while the Cloud Backup module only connects to download the video clip.
