Client

The Client provides Live View, Alarm Monitoring, Playback and Backup features as primary functionality and is the software application that the operators interact with. Using Professional each Client installation will act as an independent unit. When using Enterprise the Client will connect to the Data Center and pull its configuration from there. With the Unisight Alert System in place the Client will receive notifications from the front-end video encoding devices and inform the operator of all potential situtaions including system health status, external alarm triggers and status messages. The Client can connect to any number of servers from any number of locations. You can even configure Camera Groups that contain multiple cameras from multiple locations in order to Playback from different servers simultaneously. Camera Groups combined with the Emap offers coverage zones to quickly view not just single cameras but complete areas of the location.
